There is a celebration of Earth Science week October 14 through 22. One of the days is about fossils, a fascinating subject about what was on those magnificent grounds thousands of years ago.

On Saturday, October 20 there will be a talk called CSI Grand Canyon: How Geologists Solve mysteries. Since the various CSI shows are one of my favorite, I wish I could make ti to this one.
